These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the CNC Passport platform (cncpassport.com), including registration of a CNC employee, employer or recruiter profile, use of matching features for job offers, and paid skills verification/attestation (certification) within the system.MEBLEOS Anton Laufer (NIP 5862379164, REGON 52169094) with its registered office at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 9/2, 81-391 Gdynia, Polska, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, “Contractor” or “CNC Passport”, offers the interested person, hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Client”, the possibility to conclude an agreement for the provision of electronic services, in particular by accepting these Terms & Conditions and using the Service (hereinafter: the “Agreement”).
These Terms & Conditions constitute a public offer within the meaning of applicable law, and their acceptance occurs through account registration, use of the Service, ordering verification/certification services or making a payment – depending on the selected functionality.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Operator provides services within the CNC Passport platform, including in particular:
- registration of a profile of a person working in the CNC industry (employee: operator/setter/programmer/technician, etc.),
- registration of an employer and recruiter profile (companies or authorized persons),
- presentation of profiles and information on Users’ skills, experience, preferences and availability (in accordance with privacy settings),
- profile-to-offer matching functions (e.g. position, location, control systems, experience),
- paid or free verification/attestation of skills (including verification of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and/or portfolio) – depending on the selected service,
- the possibility for an employer/recruiter to initiate and pay for a User’s verification (with consent or under the procedure provided in the Service),
- provision of informational materials and tools supporting the verification process (e.g. tests, tasks, questionnaires, competency descriptions),
- handling of payments and settlements for verification services and additional Service features.
1.2. CNC Passport is an intermediary platform for presenting profiles and verifying skills. The Operator:
- is not an employment agency or staffing agency,
- does not employ Users on behalf of employers,
- does not guarantee finding a job or employment,
- does not conduct recruitment as a party to an employment relationship,
- is not responsible for decisions of employers, recruiters and Users regarding employment.
1.3. Use of the Service requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and for paid services – making a payment in accordance with the price list or the offer presented in the Service.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the cncpassport.com Service, including the conditions for account registration, profile use, ordering verification/certification services, and the rules for payments, liability and complaints.
2.2. The Agreement is concluded electronically, without the need to sign paper documents. Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions includes in particular: account registration, clicking acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, use of the Service or making a payment.
2.3. The User declares that they have legal capacity and are at least 18 years old. If acting on behalf of a company (employer/recruiter), the User declares that they have proper authorization.
2.4. The Operator may provide some functions free of charge (e.g. creating a profile without verification). Paid functions (e.g. skills verification, extended reports, certification, priorities, additional options) are available according to the description in the Service.
2.5. The Operator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Service, including functionality, interface, available packages and the price list, while preserving acquired rights and in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.
2.6. The Service may include three main account roles:
- “CNC Employee” (individual),
- “Employer” (entity seeking employees),
- “Recruiter” (person/entity acting as an intermediary in recruitment processes).
The Operator may introduce additional roles or modules.
2.7. The Operator may communicate with the User electronically, including by e-mail and through notifications in the Service, in matters related to the account, security, performance of verification services, payments and handling of requests.
2.8. If the User does not agree with these Terms & Conditions, they should stop using the Service. In the event of discrepancies between information in the Service and these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2.9. Estimated completion times for verification/certification services depend on the type of service ordered, the User’s availability, required testing stages, and the process of confirming data. Indicative timeframes (unless stated otherwise in the Service):
- basic verification (online): usually 1 to 7 business days,
- extended verification / with practical elements: usually 3 to 14 business days,
- other services: as described in the Service.
The Operator may extend the timeframe for objective reasons (e.g. no response from the User, need to supplement data, system failure, force majeure).
2A. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2A.1. Operator / Contractor – MEBLEOS Anton Laufer (NIP 5862379164, REGON 52169094) with its registered office at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 9/2, 81-391 Gdynia, Polska, the owner and administrator of the CNC Passport Service.
2A.2. Service / Platform – the CNC Passport website available at cncpassport.com (together with subdomains and related services), used for profile registration, publishing competency information, matching to job offers and providing verification services.
2A.3. User – a person using the Service, holding an account or using functions available without registration (if provided).
2A.4. CNC Employee – a User who is an individual, creates a professional profile and may undergo competency verification.
2A.5. Employer – a User who is an entity seeking employees, who may browse profiles and (according to the Service functions) initiate and pay for verification of the competencies of selected persons.
2A.6. Recruiter – a User acting as an intermediary in recruitment processes who may use the Service to the extent permitted by the Operator.
2A.7. Verification / Certification – a service consisting of checking the CNC Employee’s declared skills (e.g. tests, tasks, analysis of answers, portfolio review), ending with a result in the Service (e.g. status, points, report, badge, certificate). The detailed scope depends on the selected package.
2A.8. Order – a declaration by the User or the Employer/Recruiter of the intention to use a paid service (e.g. verification) in accordance with the procedure in the Service.
2A.9. Payer – the entity making payment for the service (it may be a CNC Employee, Employer or Recruiter), according to the payment details.
2A.10. Account – a set of Service functions assigned to the User, created upon registration.
2A.11. Materials – content made available in the Service (descriptions, tests, tasks, reports, results), which may constitute works protected by copyright.
2A.12. Force majeure – events beyond the Parties’ control (e.g. supplier outages, power interruptions, network failures, natural disasters) that hinder performance of the Agreement.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. Operator’s obligations:
3.1.1. To maintain and develop the Service and provide functions as described, taking into account technical breaks, maintenance and upgrades.
3.1.2. To process personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
3.1.3. To perform the ordered verification/certification services within the scope resulting from the package description, provided that the User supplies the required information and completes the necessary steps.
3.1.4. To provide basic technical support related to the Service (e.g. bug reports, access issues) through the channels indicated in the Service.
3.1.5. To protect the Service against abuse and take measures to reduce spam, fraud, impersonation and other actions violating these Terms & Conditions.
3.2. User’s obligations (CNC Employee / Employer / Recruiter):
3.2.1. To provide true and up-to-date data (to the extent required) and keep it updated, especially contact details.
3.2.2. To use the Service in accordance with law, good practices and these Terms & Conditions, without infringing the rights of third parties.
3.2.3. Not to introduce into the Service any illegal or misleading content, content infringing personal rights, copyrights or trade secrets.
3.2.4. For verification services: to complete the required steps (e.g. tests, tasks), confirm identity/consents (if required), act independently and honestly (i.e. without using prohibited assistance, if verification rules prohibit it).
3.2.5. Employer/Recruiter: to use verification results responsibly and lawfully (including anti-discrimination law), and to ensure a lawful basis for processing the candidate’s data on their side.
3.2.6. The User is responsible for the security of their account (password, access). In case of suspected account breach – the User must notify the Operator immediately.
4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The User has the right to use the Service within the available functions, including creating a free profile (if available) and ordering paid services.
4.2. The Employer/Recruiter has the right to browse profiles and use matching functions to the extent provided by the Operator, and to initiate verification, if the Service provides for such a scenario (e.g. invitation/request/consent of the CNC Employee).
4.3. The Operator has the right to:
- verify profile content for violations of these Terms & Conditions,
- temporarily restrict access in case of suspected abuse,
- remove content not compliant with these Terms & Conditions,
- suspend or close an account in case of gross violations,
- change functions, the price list and packages in accordance with clause 2.5.
4.4. The Operator is not a party to employment contracts or other contracts concluded between a CNC Employee and an Employer/Recruiter. Any arrangements regarding employment conditions belong to those parties.
5. PRICE, PAYMENT TERMS AND PROCEDURE
5.1. Prices of paid services (e.g. verification/certification, reports, additional options) are provided in the Service (e.g. on offer pages, in the cart, in the orders panel).
5.2. Payments may be made by: the CNC Employee, Employer or Recruiter – depending on the scenario and the role of the Payer. The verification result is assigned to the CNC Employee’s profile, regardless of who paid, provided the Service offers such a function.
5.3. Accepted payment methods: according to the current Service configuration (e.g. debit and credit cards, PayU, BLIK, PayPal or others).
5.4. Performance of a paid service begins after the payment is credited or confirmation is received from the payment operator.
5.5. The Operator may offer subscription services (e.g. an employer package) or one-time services. Subscription, renewal and cancellation terms are described in the Service.
5.6. For international payments, currency conversion costs may depend on the bank or payment operator. The Operator may present prices in different currencies.
5.7. Refunds and withdrawal: the rules for refunds, withdrawal and payment-related complaints are set out in the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law provisions (if applicable).
6. AGREEMENT CONCLUSION PROCEDURE AND TERM
6.1. The agreement for the provision of electronic services for a free account is concluded upon account registration (or upon starting to use functions, if available without registration).
6.2. The agreement for paid services (e.g. verification) is concluded upon payment and commencement of performance of the service by the Operator.
6.3. The agreement remains in force for the time the Service is used or the ordered service is performed, and for the account – until it is deleted (subject to legal obligations regarding data retention).
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS / SKILLS VERIFICATION
7.1. Verification/certification is informational in nature and serves to confirm declared competencies according to the Operator’s methodology (tests, tasks, analysis of answers). It is not a state examination or official authorization, unless the Service explicitly states otherwise.
7.2. The Operator may apply different verification levels (e.g. Basic/Pro/Advanced), different areas (e.g. FANUC, Heidenhain, Siemens, ISO G-code), different forms (online/offline), different criteria. The scope is described in the relevant package.
7.3. Verification may require the CNC Employee’s consent (e.g. when initiated by an employer), data confirmation, and completion of tests within a specified time. Failure to complete the steps by the CNC Employee may prevent performance of the service.
7.4. The Operator may refuse to grant the “verified” status or revoke the verification mark in the event of abuse (e.g. cheating, impersonation, copying answers), in accordance with the rules described in the Refund Policy and the complaints procedure.
7.5. The Employer/Recruiter acknowledges that the verification result is an auxiliary tool and does not replace an interview, trial work, internal tests or reference checks.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION / COMPLAINTS
8.1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Service or paid services may be submitted electronically to: info@mebleos.com (or another support channel indicated in the Service). It is recommended to include a description of the problem, date of the event, account identifier and proof of payment (if applicable).
8.2. The Operator reviews a complaint within 14 business days (unless the law requires a different period). In complex cases, the period may be extended, and the User will be informed.
8.3. The Parties will seek an amicable settlement. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Operator’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer law provisions provide otherwise.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. The Operator makes efforts to ensure that the Service operates properly, however does not guarantee uninterrupted access (e.g. technical work, supplier outages).
9.2. The Operator is not responsible for content posted by Users, its truthfulness or completeness, or the consequences of decisions made based on such content (subject to obligations arising from applicable law).
9.3. The Operator is not responsible for the recruitment process, employment terms, contracts concluded between Users, or actions of employers/recruiters.
9.4. The Operator’s liability towards the User is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User for the service to which the claim relates, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
10. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSES
10.1. The Service, its elements, code, graphics, layout and Materials are the property of the Operator or licensors and are protected by copyright.
10.2. The User may use the Service only to the extent permitted by these Terms & Conditions. Copying, resale, sharing test materials, automated data collection (scraping) and other actions infringing the rights of the Operator or third parties are prohibited.
